Comunication Tips
- Listen attentively.
- Give one request at a time.
- Allow extra time to respond to instructions and questions.

- Be specific when you communicate.
- Use words such as, “that’s illogical” or “that’s not common sense.”
- Communicate by writing notes.
- Speak slowly and clearly.
- Give plenty of warning prior to social activities.
- Try to understand that your partner sees the world differently to you.
